Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Harmon.Health collects, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and the telehealth services we make available.
Who we are
Harmon.Health ("Harmon," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and offers access to telehealth services. Harmon.Health facilitates access to licensed healthcare providers and state-licensed pharmacies; it does not itself practice medicine or pharmacy. Clinical services and prescriptions are provided by independent, U.S.-licensed providers, and medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies, including 503A compounding pharmacies.
Some services are delivered through our telehealth platform partner, which hosts the intake, provider, and pharmacy workflow on our behalf. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website or use our services.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account & contact information — such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and date of birth when you create an account or begin an intake.
- Health & medical information — information you provide during your medical intake and ongoing care, such as your medical history, medications, symptoms, measurements, and treatment preferences. This information is used to determine whether treatment is appropriate and to provide care.
- Payment information — when you make a purchase, your payment card details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
- Device & usage information — information collected automatically when you use the site, such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and referring URLs, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our website and services;
- Connect you with licensed providers, process your intake, and facilitate prescriptions, treatment, and fulfillment through licensed pharmacies;
- Process payments and manage your subscription or orders;
- Communicate with you about your account, care, orders, and service updates, and — where permitted — send you marketing communications you can opt out of;
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Protected health information & HIPAA
Health information you share with your treating providers and pharmacies in the course of receiving care may be "protected health information" governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") and applicable state law. That information is handled by those providers and pharmacies in accordance with their Notice of Privacy Practices.
Information you provide to Harmon.Health through our website outside of the provider relationship (for example, general inquiries or marketing sign-ups) is governed by this Privacy Policy.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal, regulatory, tax, and recordkeeping obligations (including medical recordkeeping requirements that apply to providers and pharmacies), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
How we protect your information
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, and to opt out of certain processing or marketing communications.
California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Residents of other states may have similar rights under their state's privacy laws. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at Hello@harmon.health. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Third-party links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
