Our lipotropic blend (30 mL) is methionine 12.4 mg, inositol 25 mg, choline 25 mg and pyridoxine (B6) 2 mg — nutrients involved in fat metabolism, liver function and energy. MICC is a related option that uses cyanocobalamin (B12) in place of B6.
